Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bath Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bath Towels & Linens (for hygiene reasons)
  • Dinnerware, Glassware & Flatware (for health and safety reasons)
  • Duvet Covers & Shams (once removed from packaging)
  • Custom orders or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Submit Your Request: Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form below and email it to our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials and tags.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days

Please note that international bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
