5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt, subject to the following:

• Non-Returnable Items: Bath accessories, bath towels & linens, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, duvet covers & shams (if removed from packaging), custom orders, and “Final Sale” items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return Process: Email the Return & Exchange Request Form to [email protected] within 15 days. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Ship the item to our returns address using a trackable method.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover associated shipping costs.
